Why We Offer Consultations:
Because of the number of technical enquiries we receive, we’ve set up a dedicated consultation service for mechanics and operators who need expert guidance. Each session runs for 25 minutes.
If you’re a workshop, a fleet operator, or a hands on truck owner outside our service area, we’re happy to offer a consultation call to share our knowledge across repairs, servicing, and diagnostics and guide you with clear next steps.
How the Consultation Works:
A dedicated phone consultation where we listen to the symptoms you’re experiencing and provide guidance on possible checks and next steps.
What You Can Expect:
You’ll receive our honest input, based on experience with these systems. Sometimes we can highlight the likely cause, other times we’ll give you a structured plan for further testing. Either way, you’ll walk away with more clarity than when you came in.
What This Service Can’t Do:
A substitute for a hands-on diagnosis. Automotive faults can vary widely, and without having the vehicle in front of us, a confirmed answer isn’t always possible.
Important Things to Know Before Booking:
By booking, you understand this service provides professional guidance only. A guaranteed fix or diagnosis cannot be offered without in-person inspection and testing.
If we have no experience with the specific issue you’re facing, we’ll let you know upfront and provide a refund. You’re welcome to call us first if you’d like to check before booking.
Our Same-Day Call Guarantee:
We strive to return calls as quickly as possible, but please understand we are actively running a workshop and may not always be able to get to your call immediately. Calls are made between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT). That’s why we offer a same-day guarantee: if we can’t return your call within this window, your booking fee will be refunded in full. Same-day guarantee applies to bookings made before 1:00 pm. Bookings placed after 1:00 pm may still be returned the next business day
